Volunteer Positions
Become an integral part of our vibrant team at the bar and contribute to the festival experience by serving and selling drinks to festival attendees. Prior to the festival, all volunteers in our bar area will be asked to complete their Smart Choices Certification
Extend a warm welcome to festival guests as you assist them with purchasing passes and facilitating a smooth general admission process. To help you succeed in this role we will train you to use our online point of sale system.
Play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and vibrancy of our festival grounds throughout the event. Assist attendees in responsibly disposing of waste, and lend a hand in the efficient sorting, pickup, and removal of garbage and recycling materials.
Love helping others find their festival flair? Dive into the excitement and assist in selling epic merch. To help you succeed in this role we will train you to use our online point of sale system .
Elevate the artist experience by preparing and serving food and beverages in our boathouse green room or within the cozy confines of the Artist Village. You will help ensure our artists have everything they require for a relaxing and enjoyable time before and after their performances.
Step into the magical world of our Festival Kid Zone and spend some time entertaining our littlest attendees! As a volunteer, you'll unleash creativity, lead fun activities, and spark endless smiles. The Kid Zone is always open to new ideas and talents, this is your opportunity to share your special skills or suggest an activity you'd love to lead.
As a member of our First Aid team, you'll provide essential medical assistance to festival-goers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the event. From treating minor injuries to responding to emergencies with professionalism and care, your role is crucial in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. This position requires First Aid certification.
Are you ready to rock the neon vest and keep the peace while spreading smiles? From high-fives to helpful directions, you'll be the friendly face that ensures everyone has a safe and awesome time. This role includes monitoring the festival entrance and completing regular walk throughs to ensure everyone is having a safe and great time.
Assist with the assembly and dismantling of stages, tents, fencing, and more. This role spans pre- and post-Festival, requiring assistance on Thursday evening, and Friday daytime, as well as on the Monday following the Festival.
Your opportunity to direct traffic and spread cheer! Help our attendees find their perfect parking spot before taking in all the festival fun. This role includes working closely with our Site Patrol team to make sure everyone gets to and from the festival safely.
