Festival Yoga!

Fire & Water Music Festival has a great new partner! Moai Yoga Studio will on site with us on Sunday, August 4th starting at 9:30 a.m.

Unwind and relax the morning of the last day of the festival – all you need to bring is your yoga mat.

Whether you are new to yoga or a returning practitioner … this class is for you. Newcomers to yoga will find these classes offer a compassionate approach to developing balance, strength and flexibility. Emphasis is on breathing techniques and proper alignment.

Experienced practitioners will continue to develop their strength and flexibility while practicing at their own level. With special attention to breath awareness, you will learn to calm the fluctuations of your mind resulting in more awareness and relaxation.
