Calling all Food Vendors serving Manitoba! The Fire & Water Music Festival is now taking applications from food vendors who can help feed the hungry crowds at our growing music festival held on August Long Weekend.

The Fire & Water Music Festival is a three-day festival located in Lac du Bonnet Manitoba, just an hour drive from Winnipeg. The festival is host to a full slate of quality Manitoban, Canadian and International performers. The festival includes three stages for music, an Artisan Square Craft and Trade Show, the ArtWave Art Show and a lot of hungry people.

We need food vendors who can serve our crowd on Friday, August 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Saturday, August 5th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and Sunday, August 6th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Rental Space Requirements

Rental Space is $225.00 for the weekend.

Please describe your set up providing details such as: will you set up a tent, trailer or other mobile unit. The set up of tables and chairs (quantity) and the total size of the set up including awnings, tables, chairs etc.

Power Requirements
I will require power (Please make sure you've read Terms and Conditions Part 15).I will be using a quiet generator.

Please Note that during the approval process or upon approval from The Fire & Water Music Festival we will require:
1. Reference letter(s) from other Festivals/Events
2. If you will need power, a detailed list of your power requirements will be requested to ensure we can meet your needs.
3. A signed Concession Agreement as outlined in the Terms and Conditions
4. A copy of Vendor's General Liability Insurance policy

Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors who attended the 2015 Fire & Water Music Festival will be given the first right of refusal. Accepted vendors will be notified by the Fire & Water Music Festival Vendor Committee.
